★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apple store with a variety of products. Located in a very nice area. From a wakable distance from sinsa subway station. Convenient for either shopping or trying products. The staff is knowledgeable and very professional. Once I entered, I was quickly approached and guided to what I wanted, and within 5 min I got my product. Recommended store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authorized Apple store. Awesome places, all you want in one places. It has many types of Apples even the newest one together with watch and airpods too. Even they sell the straps too, the price here are quiet expensive. But you can exchange the old types with the newest model with adjustable prices. Love it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many people. You will need to make reservations online before you can enter to shop for apple item. However, great customer service as they dedicate a staff to you upon entering.
Note that for those of you looking to get student discount, you wont be able to get tax refund if you're foreigner. So you can only pick one either student discount or tax refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a place crowded all the time with people. Staff is very kind and friendly. Better to go with an appointment if you are taking your gadgets to repair. If you are buying no need. Due to corona there are following strict rules. You can’t visit on the go. You need to make prior appointment to go inside. On the spot you can take an appointment but waiting time is more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I visit this rotten store, my mac gets worse or gets another problem. And what they can only say is "sorry but there is nothing we can do" or "We didn't do anything wrong"(It turned out the engineer's mistake.) There is no genius at the Genious Bar. Or they were genius at making me mad or wasting my time. I was truly a waste of time! better to find a local computer repair shop! I will never buy another rotten apple!

Most of the staffs can communicate very good in English.
Good Customer Services
The only cons is Parking
There is no Parking available and it is really hard to find some parking ? space
