★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located however, the bathroom was cramped, the apartment is not serviced and the utensils were not cleaned. Second floor of apartment is small and one has to crouch to use the upper floor of the apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to find a place very close to Seoul Station as I needed to catch the airport express train at 6 am. I was very impressed with these units, very comfortable, clean and just across the street from Seoul Station. It is a little more expensive than comparable options, but you simply can't beat it for convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was spacious, cozy and clean. Very convenient location as well, it was just opposite seoul station and lotte mart. The only complain is that its not exactly soundproof so i could hear neighbours from upstairs when sleeping on the second floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness could really be improved, especially in the toilet which had a lot of grease/dirt around the fixtures and in between the creaks. Other parts of the apartment could do with some cleaning too, with stains/dust around. The hangers, bedroom slippers, and bathroom slippers all looked pretty overused, along with the old umbrellas provided in the cupboards.
Upside is its close proximity to the subway, as well as a huge grocery shop (lotte). Owner was also polite throughout.
