★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Ive found a bed definitely not clean (hair, suspicious stains). The bathroom was clean either. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is pretty small and I have to say I was a little bit surprised due to other experiences in different hotels for the same price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The self-service bar/cafe at basement is well-equipped. Family room wasn't too crammed like we expected from the reviews (4pax). Bathroom experience is comfortable. 100m away from Seoul subway stairs. Ideal for travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a standard room with queen size bed. Room is clean, comfortable and big for one person. But no electric kettle. 24hrs reception is friendly and spoke good English. Basement cafe has washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, induction cooker, pots and utensils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is OK if you can accept it's limitations.
The good: Location next to Seoul Station is very convenient to the subway and trains and buses and unlimited fast food and chain restaurants. Rooms are clean, staff very helpful and friendly, coffee and juice are available 24/7, mini fridge in room and use of full size fridge in basement. Nice rooftop common area.
Limitations: Rooms are very small. Bathroom, bed, and access to one side of the bed. Most of this access will be taken up by your luggage. No chair or desk.
Bathroom is a wet bathroom. When taking a shower, everything gets wet.
No bath towels. Only small hand towels.
If the limitations are OK with you, then this is a fine hotel. Maybe I am spoiled or have too high expectations, but I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception was amazing and the people were helpful and friendly, however, in the room, number 301, there were stains on the wall and on the side of the bed against the wall- it hadn't been cleaned as when my phone fell down I moved the bed and found trash and odd things that I just put in the trashcan myself or left there as it wasn't my rubbish. Other than this the location was great and I had a peaceful stay. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel service staff are very nice and speak great English. The rooms are very clean and affordable, with very comfy mattresses for a great sleep. Also if if it’s cold in winter the floor heating keeps you very cosy and snug. It’s so convenient for access to Seoul Station which is a key city center. Easy to take express lines to both Gimpo and Incheon airports. The breakfast is small but very convenient if you need something quick before heading out for the day. Also you can wash your clothes, have a wide open space to use your laptop and they even have their own computers. Overall for the budget price it’s a great deal!
