그렇게 바빠 보이지 않은데 직원들이 너무 바쁘게 말하고 행동함, 이건 다른 식당 바쁠때랑 비교됨
맛은? 소문난곳 먹을것 없다고
먹고나면 조미료 맛이 입가에서 돔
탕슉은 고기냄새가 살짝나고,
예약해서 미리 주문하면 도착전에 음식이 나와있음, 짬뽕국물이 말라서 좀 줄수있냐고 물어보니까 안된다고함.
역시 배때지에 기름이 차면 손님이 손놈이 됨

면발 좋은곳.
개같은 면발 업소들과 게장국 나오는
중국집 추천안함.
춘권 먹을만함.
짬뽕은 사골육수로 너무걸쭉 해서 내 취향은 아님. 고추기름으로 고춧가루 적게 넣은 깔끔한 짬뽕을 원하는데 너무 걸쭉함.
걸쭉한 짬뽕 국물을 원하시면 짬뽕 시키시면됨.
내가 보기엔 이집 요리도 잘할것으로 예상됨. 게장국 나오는 곳은 요리부도 거진 못함. 추후 요리들 시켜서 리뷰 진행예정.

Champon is not my taste because it is too thick with beef bone broth. I want a neat champon with less red pepper powder in red pepper oil, but it is too thick.
If you want thick champon soup, you can order champon.
I am expected to cook this house well. There is no cooking department where crab soup is served. We plan to cook them later and review them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기육수의 진한 짬뽕으로 전체적으로 맛이 좋습니다. 해물짬뽕과 차돌박이 짬뽕이 국물베이스가 같아서 국물맛은 비슷한데 차돌박이 짬뽕국물이 약간 텁텁한 맛이 있습니다. 차돌박이가 고명으로 들어간 느낌이에요.
깐풍기는 고기가 부드럽고 약간 매운맛입니다.
고추잡채도 맛이 좋아서 전체적인 요리가 괜찮습니다.
하루에 만드는 짜장과 짬뽕 갯수가 정해져 있어서 일찍 끝날수도 있으며 인기가 있어서 점심과 저녁에 예약하려면 조금 일찍 해야됩니다.
The overall taste is good with the thick jjamppong in meat broth. Seafood Jjambbong and Marinated Jjambbong have the same soup base, so the soup tastes similar, but the Marbled Jjamppong Soup has a slightly bitter taste. It feels like marbled beef has gone into the garnish.
The meat is soft and slightly spicy.
The red pepper japchae also tastes good, so the overall dish is good.
The number of jjajang and jjamppong made per day is limited, so it may end early. It is popular, so if you want to make a reservation for lunch or dinner, you need to make a reservation a little earlier.
