자극적인 맛을 선호하다보니,
살짝 부족한 느낌은 있더군요.
후추; 엄청 뿌려먹었습니다.^ㅡ^ㆀ
허나, 계속 생각나네요..
중독성 있습니다!!

최근 정말 몇년만에 가보고 가격에 깜짝 놀람...
8천원짜리 칼국수라니.. ㄷㄷㄷ
맛은 나쁘지 않습니다.
부산 지역에서 이런 칼국수를 맛보는건 힘드니까. 그러나 가격이 이렇게 비싸면 쩝
사장님 가격올려 받으시면 위생도 신경쓰세요. 차라리 배달을 시켜먹으면 안봐서 좋을지도
A Kalguksu restaurant I have been going to for over 10 years.
I've been here for the first time in a few years and I'm amazed at the price...
8,000 won kalguksu.. lol
The taste is not bad.
It's hard to taste kalguksu like this in Busan. But what if the price is this high?
If the boss raises the price, take care of hygiene. It might be better not to watch it if you have it delivered.

직원분들도 친절하셔서 더 기분 좋게 먹고 왔어요 :)
It's so delicious I ate it while I was full, but I ate it well.
The staff are friendly and I enjoyed eating better :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일요일마다 휴업이라 타지사람으로서 드디어 가봤네요. 오래된 노포 스타일에 테이블이 네개밖에 없었지만 운 좋게 바로 들어갔습니다. 혼자 가서 네명 테이블에 앉으니 먹을때 맘이 급하더라구요.. 그래도 할머니 두분이 운영하시는데 친절하셨습니다. 메뉴는 네개인데 장칼국수가 유명해서 다들 그거 드시더라구요. 밑반찬은 단무지, 배추김치, 물김치가 나오는데 사실상 장칼국수와는 어울리지않았습니다. 오분정도 기다리니 고추장칼국수가 나왔습니가. 강원도식이라는데 해장용으로 좋을 것 같아서 선택했는데 처음 먹어봤지만 예상 가는 그 맛입니다. (일반부추전과 다른 장떡같이) 직접 반죽하여 면이 들쑥날쑥 굵기가 다 다르지만 저는 그래서 더 맛있었어요. 두꺼운 면에 새콤한 김치와 얼큰한 고추장육수가 정말 잘 어울립니다. 여기 밥 말아먹으면 끝장이라는데 양이 많아서 남기고 왔습니다. 국물양도 엄청 많아요. 벽에는 연예인들도 많이 와서 싸인과 팬분들의 낙서도 많았아요. 아침으로 먹기는 약간 매워서 부담스러웠지만 점심이나 저녁으로 먹으면 좋을 것 같아요.
It's closed on Sundays, so I've finally gone as a Taj person. There were only four tables in the old long-established style, but luckily it went right in. I went alone and sat at the table with four people, so I was in a hurry when I was eating. There are four menus, but Jang Kalguksu is famous for everyone. The side dishes were pickled radish, cabbage kimchi, and water kimchi, but it didn't really go well with Jangkalguksu. I waited for about 5 minutes and came out Gochujang Kalguksu. It's called Gangwon-do, but I thought it would be good for disassembly, but I tried it for the first time, but it is the expected taste. I knead it myself (like Jangtteok, which is different from normal leekjeon), but the noodles are all different, but I was more delicious. The thick noodles go really well with the spicy kimchi and spicy red pepper paste broth. It is said that if you roll up the rice here, it is over. There is also a lot of soup. There were a lot of celebrities on the wall, and there were autographs and graffiti of fans. It was a bit spicy to eat for breakfast, but I think it would be good for lunch or dinner.

양도 많지만 얼큰하니 국물이 좋아서 공기밥추가해서 말아먹었습니다.
종업원분들도 넘 친절하세요ㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지역 주민 보다 관광객이 더 찾는 집. 좁디 좁은 테이블 4개 공간에 모두다 후루룩 소리 내면 먹는 집
해장국수로 강추.
가격도 저렴함. 만두가 있었음 더 좋을텐데 아쉽다
마지막은 밥을 말아 먹어야 장칼국수 먹었다 할수 있음.
A home more sought after by tourists than locals. A house that eats when everyone makes a gurgling sound in a space of 4 narrow tables
Recommend the seafood noodle soup.
The price is also cheap. It would have been better if there were dumplings, but it's a pity
Lastly, you have to roll up the rice to say you ate Jang Kalguksu.
