홍	홍이아저씨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부산 용호동에 칼국수 잘 하는 집을 물으면 열에 여덟아홉은 소문난칼국수 집을 꼽더라고요. 그래서 한 번 가봤는데 뒷 맛이 깔끔한 육수, 고추양파다대기인지 암튼 한숟갈정도 얹어진 다대기를 풀면 살짝 칼칼해져서 입맛을 돋워주고 잘 삶은 면발이 탱글탱글해서 좋았습니다. 참고로 메뉴판엔 없지만 사이드로 김밥이 있는데 한 줄에 2천원, 칼국수랑 같이 먹기에 딱 적당합니다.
