★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2인용 세꼬시로 주문했고 탕을 시켰습니다.
세꼬시는 맛을 논하기가 어려운 점이 너무 작은애를 잡아서 맛이 들지 않았다는 것과 물고기 사이즈가 작으면 핏물을 물로 세척 마시고 핏물을 닦아 내는 방법으로 손질 해주셨으면 조금이라도 고소했을텐데 .. 맛이 다 빠져 나와 그냥 질겅거리기만 했습니다. 바쁜 시간이 아니였음에도 손쉬운 방법으로만 정리하셔서 세꼬시는 실패입니다.
탕은 생선이 신선하면 되는 메뉴라 맛있게 먹었습니다.
아쉬워요!
 I ordered the Sekoshi for two and I ordered the soup.
The fact that it is difficult to discuss the taste of Sekoshi is that it did not taste good because the fish was too small. If the size of the fish was small, I would have complained a little if I had washed it with water and cleaned it by wiping off the blood.. The taste was all gone. I was just groaning. Even if it wasn't a busy time, it's a failure to organize everything in an easy way.
The soup was delicious as long as the fish was fresh.
I'm sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a great experience here in 2001. Small humble restaurant has a tasty fresh flounder sashimi with many salad & soybean paste sauce (not a chili sauce) and fresh abalone sashimi. I enjoyed it so much, so this year during my 3 weeks holiday in South Korea, I spent hours looking for this restaurant. But sadly everything changed. No more abalone sashimi, salad has only carrots and cucumber. Only good thing about changing was you sit on a chair (not on the floor). Will I come back? Yes. I still like this humble restaurant away from the tourist areas in Sok Cho.
