조경도 전국 10위권 안에 들구요(제 생각 아님;;)
난방이나 휘트니스 센터 아이들 놀이터 편의시설 등 다 좋습니다.
그리고 상가는 아직 다 안들어와있어요 (2018.4.9 기준)
좀 있으면 옆에 계단도 생긴다고 합니다. 초,중,고등학교 다 가까워서 좋은것같아요

Heating and fitness center kids playground amenities are all good.
And the mall is not yet available (as of April 9, 2018)
It is said that there will be stairs next to it. I think it's good to be near elementary, middle and high school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 혁신도시 최고급 아파트. 대형평수보다 잘 지어짐. 마감도 훨 고급이고.. 삼각형 욕조도 관심끌만한 아이템임(일부만 적용). 바닥분수와 계류는 아이들 놀이터. 작지만 알차게 꾸며놓아 외부공간도 만족스러움.
Innovation City luxury apartment. Better built than large area The finish is much higher and the triangular tub is also of interest (some only). Floor fountain and mooring are children's playground. It is small but well decorated, so the outside space is also satisfactory.
