손	손상희 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 글쎄요. 진주의 오래된 맛집이라던데. 분명 국산팥을 100% 쓰는 것 부터 별 5개 드릴만한데... 개인적인 호불호 스타일 때문에 별 3개 입니다. 이유는 밑간 때문입니다. 팥죽은 미리 간을 하면 묽어지는 성질 때문에 단팥죽, 동지팥죽, 팥칼국수 등 여러 요리에 간을 언제 어떻게 하는지도 중요한데 이 곳은 팥죽에 밑간을 전혀 안하기 때문에 팥 앙금이 몽글몽글 잘 뭉쳐있습니다. 면은 밑간을 하지 않아서 그런지 잘 반죽된 면에서 나오는 풍미는 없더라구요. 팥죽과 면이 따로 놀고 있다는 느낌?이 들었어요. 테이블에 소금은 없고(달라하년 따로 줌) 설탕만 있는 걸 보니 단팥죽을 기본으로 식감 등을 맞춰논 레시피인거 같아요. 그래서 그런지 간이 잘 된 찹쌀밥을 함께 셋팅해서 주셨는데 음식마다 간의 밸런스가 달라 별루였어요. 대신 해물칼국수 국물은 정말 맛있더라구요. 바지락 향이 잘 우러났어요. 시원하고 깔끔하고. 수제 만두는...우선 기성품처럼 잘 만듦새가 있었지만... 김치는 맛 있고 간이 적당했어요. 풀을 많이 쑤어서 양념을 한듯해요. 색깔이 새빨갛지 않고 담백하니 좋아요. 판매한다고 되어있던데 고추가루가 국내산 100%가 아니라서 집에까지 가서 먹을 정도는 아닌것 같아요. well. I heard it's an old restaurant in Jinju. I'm sure it's worth giving 5 stars since using 100% domestic red beans... I'm giving it 3 stars because of my personal likes and dislikes. The reason is because of the bottom. Because red bean porridge becomes thin when seasoned in advance, it is important to know when and how to season it for various dishes such as sweet red bean porridge, dongji red bean porridge, and red bean kalguksu. Because the noodles are not seasoned, there is no flavor from the well-kneaded noodles. It felt like red bean porridge and noodles were playing separately. There is no salt on the table (separately given in Dalaha year), only sugar, so it seems to be a recipe with red bean porridge based on the texture, etc. That's why it was served with well-seasoned glutinous rice, but the balance between each dish was different. Instead, the seafood kalguksu soup was really good. The clams smelled good. Cool and neat. Homemade dumplings... First of all, they were well made like ready-made ones, but... The kimchi was delicious and the seasoning was just right. It looks like it was seasoned with a lot of grass. I like that the color is light and not bright red. It was said to be sold, but since the chili powder is not 100% domestically produced, I don't think it's enough to go home and eat it.
