기본 밑반찬들이 항상 구비되어 있고 산지에서 제철 재료 주문하셔서 기본 재료 손질부터 조리까지 매일매일 집반찬처럼 만드십니다.
가끔 식혜도 큰 밥통에 직접 만드시는데 밥을 가득 채워 넣어 진하게 진짜로 만드셨어요.
 This is a restaurant in Songpa-dong, a side dish shop that old regulars in the neighborhood go to. The owner makes all the food by himself.
Basic side dishes are always provided, and seasonal ingredients are ordered from the production area, and from basic ingredient preparation to cooking, they make it like a home-cooked side dish every day.
Occasionally, sikhye is also made by hand in a large rice cooker.
