헬리오시티 인근에 들렀다면 가볼만한 집, 실패하지 않을 집입니다
그렇다고 타지에서 일부러 찾아와 먹을 정도는 아니고요
I think it's a 'properly done' seolleongtang restaurant in each region.
It is a house worth visiting if you stop by Helio City, a house that will not fail.
It's not like I'm coming to eat here on purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나 백신 부르터샷 접종하고 기운도 차릴겸 소머리탕 먹었어요. 고기도 많이 들어있고 국물도 진했습니다. 개인적으로 국물을 좋아해서 국물양이 많았으면 좋겠는데 그점에선 살짝 아쉬웠어요. 깍두기랑 김치, 파김치 맛있었는데 조미료가 많이 들어갔는지 밥이랑 물을 많이 찾게되요.
I was vaccinated with the Corona Vaccine Bruter Shot and ate beef head soup to refresh myself. There was a lot of meat and the broth was thick. Personally, I like soup, so I wish there was more broth, but I was a little disappointed in that. Kkakdugi, kimchi, and green onion kimchi were delicious, but because there was a lot of seasoning, I was looking for rice and water a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 뜨끈 뜨끈하고 진한 국물이 일품인 진미옥설렁탕. 국물은 상당히 팔팔 끓여서 나와 뜨겁다라고 느낄 정도. 추운 날에 호호 불어가며 먹기 좋은 맛. 모듬수육은 머리수육과 도가니가 섞여있고, 소 누린내는 거의 나지 않고, 쫄깃한 식감이 좋다. 김치는 겉저리 스타일이고, 깍두기는 새콤달콤하다. 파김치가 별미이다..
Jinmi Okseolleongtang with hot and rich soup. The soup is boiled quite quickly, so it feels hot. A good taste to eat on a cold day. Assorted beef broth is a mixture of head broth and crucible, it hardly smells of beef and has a good chewy texture. Kimchi is a side dish, and kkakdugi is sweet and sour. Green onion kimchi is a delicacy.
