어제 고딩동기들과 과음으로인해 본의아닌 지각을한후 시장조사하러 기계부품골목으로 외근을 나왔다가 해장겸 늦은 점심으로 근처에 있는 이름도 그럴싸한 [집밥처럼 가정식백반]이라는 가게에 들려 닭계장을 시켰다.
그냥 뜨네기들 상대하는 전국어디서나 볼수있는 평범한 식당이려니 생각했었지만 웬걸~~
우리가게는 잔반을 재사용안합니다 라고 시위하듯 옆테이블의 잔반을 한데모아 처리하고있는 아주머니도 그렇고 손님 먹기편하라고 닭뼈를 정성스레 발라내어준 닭계장도 그렇고 반찬 하나하나 전부 엄마의 정성이 들어가있는게 맛도 아주그냥 끝내주는 숨은맛집 이였던것이다.
어릴적 네잎클로버 찾은듯한 기분에 반찬을 남기기가 차마 미안스러워 고춧가루 한올까지 탈탈털어 남기지않고 먹어주었다.
이런 식당이 옆에 있어주면 매끼 외식을 하겠건만~~

Yesterday I was excited to go to a machine parts alley to do market research after I was late for the study because of the motivation and overbearing of yesterday. I had a chicken shop in the shop called "Homemade Baekbang" .
I just thought that it would be an ordinary restaurant that can be seen anywhere in the country,
Our shop is like a demonstration that we do not reuse the rest of the house. It is also like a lady who collects the rest of the side tables and handles the chicken bone carefully so that it is easy for the customers to eat. It was a wonderful hidden restaurant.
I felt sorry for leaving a side dish on my four-leaf clover feeling like I was a child.
If this restaurant is next to you, you will have a meal out!
