★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 드디어 내가 잊지못했던 그 속초물회국수집 그맛을 찿았다
수년전 속초 기자미낚시 패키지로 여름여행중에 맛본 회국수 맛은 내인생 최고의 맛이었다
이후 가게가 없어지고 속초에서 수년째 맛집을 찾았지만 찿을수 없어 다른 물회집을 전전했으나 역시 그맛을 잊을순 없었다
하지만 오늘 우연히 장림시장근처 이집에서 그맛을 보았다
시큼달콤매콤 감칠맛 자체
그맛이었다
큰 사발로 주문해서 회와 야채를 먼저 건져먹고 남은 소스에 국수 3개 말아
보니 한맛 더한다
국수가 조금 덜 퍼져서 나왔는데
소스를 머금는 시간을 두고 천천히 먹어라는 배려인지 다먹을때쯤 퍼진다
개인적으로 퍼진국수를 좋아하는 나같은 이에겐 조금더 삶아서 내어 주었으면 좋겠다고 생각이 든다
그래도 100점 만점에 100점이었다
고맙다 그맛을 다시 보게되어서~
 Finally, I found the taste of the Sokcho Mulhoe Noodles that I had never forgotten.
The taste of Hoe-guksu, which I tasted while on a summer trip with the Gizami fishing package in Sokcho a few years ago, was the best taste of my life.
After that, the store disappeared and I searched for a restaurant in Sokcho for several years, but couldn't find it, so I went to other mulhoe restaurants, but I still couldn't forget the taste.
But today, I happened to taste it at this house near Jangrim Market.

Order in a large bowl and get the sashimi and vegetables first, then roll 3 noodles in the remaining sauce.
Bonnie adds a taste
The noodles came out a little less spread.
It spreads when you finish eating, whether it is a consideration to eat slowly with time to soak the sauce.
Personally, I think it would be nice to cook it a little more for someone like me who likes spread noodles.
Still, it was 100 out of 100.
