★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 핸드폰 고장으로 갔었는데 2층 엔지니어분도 엄청 친절하셨고 결국 새로 준비해 간 폰으로 자료를 옮겨야했었는데 1층의 직원분도 자세히 설명해주시고 바로 새 폰을 사용할 수 있게 완벽세팅해주셨어요! 모두 무료로! 엘사는 서비스센터 전화연결부터 너무너무 힘들었는데 삼성프라자는 전화연결 바로 되는 점도 칭찬히고 싶어요.
I went due to a cell phone breakdown, but the engineer on the second floor was very kind, and I had to move the data to the new phone I had prepared. All for free! It was very difficult for Elsa to connect the phone to the service center, but I want to praise the fact that Samsung Plaza is a phone connection bar.
