★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시남 유계(1607∼1664)를 기리고 후학을 양성하기 위해 세운 서원 이다.
충청남도 문화재자료 제102호 지정되어있음. 1687년에 유계(兪棨)의 학문과 덕행을 추모하기 위해 창건하여 위패를 모셨다. 그 뒤 대원군의 서원철폐령에 의하여 1871년에 훼철되었으며, 1966년 현재의 위치에 복원하였다.경내의 사우에는 유계의 위패와 영정이 봉안되어 있고, 장판고에는 《가례원류 家禮源流》의 책판이 보관되어 있다. 매년 음력 3월 중정(두 번째 丁日)과 9월 중정에 향사를 지내고 있다,
 It is a vow that was established to commemorate Shin Nam Yu-gyu (1607 ~ 1664) and to foster future students.
Chungcheongnam-do Cultural Heritage No. 102 is designated. It was founded in 1687 to commemorate the study and the virtues of the worldly world. It was then destroyed in 1871 by the Seowon Abolition of Daewon-gun, and restored to its present location in 1966. This is kept. Every year, the Lunar New Year courtesy of March and second September.
