★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이촌동 칼국수 원탑 식당.
시원한 바지락 국물이 속을 사악 풀어낸후 탱탱한 국수면치기를 하면 입안가득 바다가 들어온다. 시원한 김치도 이집만의 매력이다. 내가 살기전부터 있었으니 30년 된거 같은데. 이쯤이면 맛보장 아닐까?^^

After the cool clam broth loosens the insides, if you hit the noodles with firm noodles, the ocean fills your mouth. The cool kimchi is also the charm of this house. It was there before I lived, so it must have been 30 years. Isn't this a taste guarantee?

이촌에 찬바람이 불어오면 가는 곳. 이촌의 겨울❄ 어릴적부터 부모님 손 잡고 따라 왔던 곳. 추워지면 항상 손님으로 가득 찬다.

메뉴도 맛도 단순하다. 바지락 칼국수. 이름 그대로 바지락과 칼국수가 전부다. 약간의 대파와 애호박뿐,,조미료의 흔적이 없어서 좋으면서도 아쉽다. 국물이 깔끔하고 매우 시원하다. 면이 투박하고 굵은편인데 음식이 식기 시작하면 밀가루 맛이 나기 시작한다..

?는 속이 꽉찬 평범한 만두다. 만두피도 면처럼 약간 굵은 편. 6000원은 약간 비싸다고 생각.

칼국수의 장점은 돋보이게, 단점은 커버해주시는 것이 이 김치?먹음직스럽게 옹기에 담겨져 나오는데,, 10여년동안 한결같이 맛있다. 김치,,,만 따로 팔아주세요?

The place to go when a cold wind blows in Ichon. Winter in Ichon❄ A place that has been holding hands with my parents since childhood. When it gets cold, it is always full of guests.

The menu and taste are simple. Clam kalguksu. As the name suggests, clams and kalguksu are all. There are only some green onions and zucchini, and it is good and regrettable that there is no trace of seasoning. The soup is neat and very cool. The noodles are rough and thick, but when the food starts to cool, the taste of flour begins.

? is an ordinary dumpling with a full inside. The dumpling skin is also a bit thick like noodles. I think 6000 won is a bit expensive.

Kalguksu's strengths stand out and its weaknesses are covered in this kimchi ? It's served in a pot that makes it taste good, and it's consistently delicious for over 10 years. Please sell only kimchi,,, separately?

그리고 김치가 칼국수와 무척 잘어울려요
맛집입니다
This restaurant has more delicious perilla kalguksu than the signature clams kalguksu.
And kimchi goes very well with kalguksu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite go-to in this neighborhood when I need comfort food. They don’t turn away a solo diner too! Run by very friendly ladies. Love their kimchi. I have a super soft spot for ddeulkae kalguksu 들깨칼국수 and theirs is really good.
