★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want to experience authentic Korean food? If at Camp Humphrey's be sure to come visit this place. While I find the prices slightly higher than other restaurants of this type (and the meat portions slightly smaller) this is mad eup with the all you can get freshletice for the wraps, garlic, Kim chi, etc. I have been to other places in Seoul and Daegu and if you can only stop at one this is it. They all have their own versions of various items and you need to experience more than one to understand. Tables turn over fairly quickly if you want to get in and out quickly, or you can sit and take your time and enjoy.now if we could get one of these in Charlotte I'd be happy camper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend if you are an American wanting to try something authentic! You cook the meat yourself and the sauces and sides are self serve for refills, which feels weird! But we had enough food to fill to people who like to eat and we each had a beer and a soju (mix it in your beer) to share and the bill.was 54000 won, maybe $50! Also if you go on a date that has a 3 or an 8 in the date there is a street market! Mostly fresh meats and veggies, but there is some clothing, trinkets, etc. So worth it. Also a park for young kids across the street, up the stairs. Have fun and relax! Korea is awesome if your a bit adventurous ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Korean BBQ or "Leaf and Beef" restaurant, not far from Camp Humphrey's walk out gate. Fresh tasting ingredients and you end up full but not regretting eating so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here since 2014 and it never disappoints. Usually, places popular among the US/foreigner crowd lose their authenticity after awhile but Hwahwa is on point. Most of the staff speak pretty good English and will help cook/show you how to cook if you're new. Try to go when the weather is nice out; they open all the windows/walls up and the ambiance is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hwahwa has the BEST KOREAN BBQ in town❣❣ It is very family oriented and it has a play area for kids. It is a great way to experience Korean culture with cooking your own food. It is a two level establishment. You can order your food for take out.?
