★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 더워서 그렇겠지만 살짝 비린맛이 느껴져서 아쉬웠습니다.구성도 나쁘지 않으나 전반적으로 기름진 위주의 초밥이라 점심으로 먹기에는 좀 넘치듯 싶었습니다
 It was hot, but it was a pity that it tasted a little fishy. The composition is not bad, but overall, the sushi is oily, so I thought it would be a bit too much for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주차공간이 마땅치 않아서 조금 헤맸다. 가급적 대중교통을 이용하면 좋을 것 같다. 오픈 20분 전에 와서 금방 들어갈 수 있었는데 오픈 10분 전쯤 되니 갑자기 대기자가 많아졌다.
평범한 동네 초밥들과는 확연히 다른 맛이라 입이 즐거웠다. 재방문 의사 있음.
I was a little wandered because the parking space was not good enough. It would be better to use public transportation as much as possible. I came 20 minutes before the opening and was able to enter immediately, but about 10 minutes before the opening, there were suddenly a lot of waiting.
It tasted quite different from ordinary sushi in the neighborhood, so I enjoyed my mouth. Willing to revisit.

It's not easy to eat this kind of sushi at this price. I didn't know there was such a place in Daegu.. The wait is a bit long, but everyone is waiting.

대구 유명한 블로거들이 맛집이라고 추천하여 방문함.
주차가 어렵다는 단점.
오픈시간 맞춰 방문하여 웨이팅은 하지 않았음.
메뉴의 가격이 조금 높은편.
가격이 높다보니 살짝 기대를 한건 사실.
기본으로 내어주는 우동이 맛있었다.
후기를 보아하니 스페셜보다는 모듬초밥을 추천하는것 같았고 본인 또한 모듬을 추천한다. 세트보다는 기본을 추천.
샤리는 신동진쌀 급을 사용하는것 같고 초밥의 간장도 직접 끓이는것 같았다.
샤리의 초대리가 흰살생선과는 잘 어울리는 편이지만 이곳은 붉은살이 더 많은 관계로 그리고 숙성회이기 때문에 더 시큼하게 느껴진다. 네타는 솔직하게 말해서 조금 기대이하 였다고 할까? 크기가 작았다.
고급어종을 올린다고 가격이 삼만원이나 하는건데 네타의 크기가 마음에 안들었다.
그리고 네타를 떠서 산처럼 쌓아놓고 스시를 쥐는건 좀 보기 안좋았다. 생선을 오로시 해서 네타를 뜰때 가지런하게 올렸으면 재료가 좀더 돋보이지 않았을까 한다.
전반적으로 나쁘지는 않지만 아주 특별하지 않기 때문에 재방문은 고민 해봐야겠다.

Shari seems to use Shindongjin rice grade, and it seems to boil the soy sauce for sushi.
Shari's first ribs go well with white fish, but this place has more red meat, and because it's aged sashimi, it feels more sour. To be honest, would you say that Neta was a little less than expected? The size was small.
The price is 30,000 won to raise high-quality fish, but I didn't like the size of the neta.
And it was a bit unsightly to scoop up neta, pile it up like a mountain, and hold sushi. I think the ingredients would have stood out more if the fish had been arranged neatly when the neta was laid out.
Overall, it's not bad, but it's not very special, so I'll have to think about visiting again.

I remember this place as: good service, pleasant atmosphere, and fresh salmon.
It's reasonable to wait for the meals ?
For the meals on the photo for three people, we paid in total ~ 44000 wons. Soup and salad are free ?
