★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약 안하면 닷찌에서 못먹구요 논현동 스시집에 비해 가격대 퀄은 비슷해서 대구에서 이정도면뭐 그냥 그럭저럭 괜찮다 생각되네요
If you don't make a reservation, you can't eat at Dotchi. Compared to sushi restaurants in Nonhyeon-dong, the price and quality are similar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이전에 대구 KBS 근처에서 영업을 오래 하다가 2017년 현재의 자리로 이동함.
사장님이 주로 운영을 하다가 현재는 아들과 함께 초밥을 만들고 있다.
이전을 하면서 환경은 깨끗해지고 분위기도 더 좋아진 것 같다.
초밥이 맛있는데 이전에 주인이 만들 때보다 아들이 만들면서 초밥에 올라가는 회가 좀 작아진 느낌이다. 한입에 들어가기는 좋은데 예전보다 씹는 맛은 조금 덜한 듯.
비교적 조용하며 분위기도 좋은데 서울에 비하여 금액도 아주 합리적이다.
오마카세로 먹게 된다면 만족도가 더 높을 듯하다.

As I moved, the environment seemed to be cleaner and the atmosphere seemed better.
The sushi is delicious, but the sushi made by my son is slightly smaller than when the owner made it. It's a good bite, but it tastes a bit less chewy than before.
It is relatively quiet and has a good atmosphere, but the price is very reasonable compared to Seoul.
Satisfaction seems to be higher if eaten with Omakase.
