★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small window with almost no view.. That's the only drawback.. The hotel is well situated.. ATM, convenience store, cinema, spa, starbucks and several restaurants are there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel located at housing area. Room is clean and decent. Hotel breakfast is the same on daily basis with Korean style breakfast and some bread. 7-11 just in front of hotel main entrance. Lotte supermarket is at B1, Starbucks is just next to izakaya (japanese restaurant). Plenty of local restaurant around hotel within walking distance. Bus stop is opposite of side entrance of hotel ( main road). Jangji station line 8 is about 450m away and Hyundai city mall is just located next to the train station. There's food court and department store inside Hyundai city mall. Convenient store like CU and GS 25 also can be found when walking from jangji station towards hotel. Hotel doesn't have any laundry services, but coin laundry shop (cleantopia) is just in front of main entrance of hotel, about 50m away. Washing and drying will be 4k won each (24h). Coin laundry shop also provide laundry services for shirts and pants that need ironing ( 9.30am - 6pm).
Water kingdom at B1 provides sauna and jjimjilbang (24h) with a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its really brand new hotel about did several days ago. but cannot control temporature inside, just working hit senser, cannot be made lower, its really wired. avarage about 80F, 27C. But other things are very very good. they have megabox cinema, big market, cvss, spa, and ***y good restaurents very near. if they keep reasonable price, this would be the best of the best in Seoul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is nice and clean. It's newly open. The room is decorated modernizely.
It is about 10-12mins walk from the hotel to the nearest subway and only 4 stations far from lotte World Tower.
The room rate is good but the breakfast is more typical Korean breakfast and less choice. It might not good for people who like western food. For me I am pretty OK.
If you do not like the crowd, this hotel is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Staff is top notch. However there is a slight security issue. As their door is the electronic version, the code is printed on a slip of paper. That slip of paper is needed to go to the gym. Ask for another slip then black marker the pin to the room

There isn't a big difference between rooms... me and my lady just connect the twin beds and it looks just like a deluxe suite. There's everything from a gym to a movie theater there and an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet across the street... best thing is the powerful showerhead

Breakfast not exactly the best. Kind of little or no choice. Very repetitive.
Strategic position.
Downtown and commercial area all around. Restaurant hub at short walking distance. Very convenient connection to motorway. Bottom line ok.

Their cs was the worst. I stayed for an hour and checked out because of their cs, and all I did for an hour in the room was talking on the phone with the ground manager( they said it was a manager but I think they lied) but they didnt refund because I stayed in the room anyway.
Whatever you need, you cannot get them in the room and if you call house keeper, they say bring 10k krw to come down to the front desk. If you complain, they mick you saying you dont understand the system.
At night, there are only two people work for entire hotel. They play as receptionist, housekeeper, manager, and everything, so if you complain for their disgusting service you could get nothing but a mock.
