★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 커피는 늘 그랬듯이 맛있습니다. 주말에는 사람이 많아 알바들도 열심히 일만 해서 몰랐는데 평일에 한가할때 가니 뭔 사람없는 매장에서 음료 하나 만들면서 이렇게 쓸데없이 자기들끼리 말이 많나요. (손님 뒷담화 다들림)
Coffee is delicious as always. On weekends, there are a lot of people, so I didn't know that part-timers only worked hard, but on weekdays, when I'm at my leisure, I make a drink in a store where there aren't many people, and I talk to each other so uselessly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 일주일에 한 번은 꼭 찾아가고 싶은 작은 커피전문점입니다. 언제나 찾아가면 자리가 꽉 차있는데, 주로 연인들과 주부님들이 선점합니다. 왜 이렇게 손님들이 몰리는 이유는 무엇일까요? 몇 가지 정리해보면 다음과 같습니다.
1. 내부 인테리어가 아늑하고, 은은해서 쉬고 싶은 유혹이 듭니다. 벽을 커피푸대로 도배를 하였습니다.
2. 일하는 직원들이 젊고 외모가 준수하네요. 아주머니들이 찾는 이유일까? 특히 멘트 ' 또 오셨네요', '어떤 맛으로 해드릴까요?' 같은 질문을 자주 하는데 고객과 공감대 형성을 잘 하고 있는 것 같습니다.
3. 원두커피 맛이 동일합니다. 가끔은 다르게 느껴지는 경우가 있지만, 미묘한 차이입니다.
4. 조그마한 매장에 꽉 들어찬 커피향입니다. 아마 여기를 찾는 이유는 콧등을 자극하는 매혹적인 커피향이 아닐까 합니다.
