시내로 연결되는다양한 버스노선과 9호선이 앞으로 지나가 어느 곳으로도 대중교통 편의가 좋음.
현충원과 한강고수부지로 산책할 수 있어 서울에서는 맛볼 수 없는 자연친화적 아파트임
단지 동작구라는 이유하나로 상대적 가치를 인정받지 못하는 아쉬움이 있는 아파트.
향후 건너편 용산구의 인기가 높아지면 그 가치가 급상승될 가능성이 높은 아파트임.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9호선 흑석역 2번 출구로 나와 비계방향으로 500미터(버스정류장으로 1.5정류장) 걸어 올라 가면 만날 수 있다. 한강변을 벗하여 있어 경관이 수려 하다. 지은지가 20여년이 넘는 관계로 지금은 재건축을 위해 준비하고 있다
You can meet it by going out from Exit 2 of Heukseok Station on Line 9 and walking 500 meters in the direction of the scaffold (1.5 bus stops). The scenery is beautiful as it is located off the banks of the Han River. Since it was built for over 20 years, it is now preparing for reconstruction.
