★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대표 선출과정이 저으기 의심스럽다. 새로운 사람을 받아들이지 않으려는 배타적인 분위기인 듯하다. 한명 후보 나와서 찬반투표하거나 하는데. 거기 꽤 오래 살면서 단 한번도 얼굴을 본 적이 없다. 사는 사람들이 대체로 무관심하며 특히 극성 맘충들이 많다. 경비아저씨 중에 한명빼고 나머지는 차라리 없는 편이 방범에 도움이 될거 같다. 2년전인가 1층아파트에 도둑이 두번이나 들었다. 개별난방이긴 하지만 난방비를 엄청 많이 들여야 그나마 따뜻하게 겨울을 날 수 있다.
이동네서 대표적으로 고평가된 아파트 같다
단지가 작아서 주변에 마땅히 갈만한 상가가 없다. 앞뒤로 내리막이라 가장 가까운 슈퍼까지만 간다해도 돌아올때는 양손에 짐들고 가파른 오르막 올라가느라 지옥을 경험할 수 있다.
아파트 정문에서 은근히 이런저런 사고가 많이 나고 후문쪽은 바로 스쿨존이라 차 가지고 다니는 사람은 짜증이 많이 날 것이다.

I have lived there for quite some time and have never seen a face. The people who live generally are indifferent, especially polar bears. One of the guards, except the other side rather than the side will help security. Two years ago, a thief was heard twice in an apartment. Although it is individual heating, it requires a lot of heating costs so that you can spend a warm winter.
Representatively overrated apartments
The complex is so small that there are no shops to go around. Even if you go back and forth to the nearest supermarket, you can experience hell as you climb up a steep uphill with both hands when you return.
There are a lot of accidents in the front door of the apartment, and the back door is the school zone.

아파트 후문에 영본초등학교 정문과 마주해서 아이들 키우기는 좋은곳
하지만 경비나 출입문 개방 (현관 및 아파트 차량 통제)은 불편해요
그리고 가장 큰 단점은 경비 하시는분들의 불친절이예요
Small apartment complex on the good Sangdo tunnel, adjacent to Noryangjin Station with Subway Lines 1 and 9, Nodle Station on Line 9, and Sangdo Station on Line 7
It is a good place to raise children by facing the main gate of Yeongbon Elementary School at the back door of the apartment.
But it's inconvenient to guard or open the door (control the front door and apartment car).
And the biggest disadvantage is the unkindness of the guards.
