런치로 방문했다.(9.8) 들어가는 입구에서부터 블랙으로 시크한 분위기.
스시야를 가면 항상 같은 우드톤 젠스타일의 인테리어에 지겹고 어디 새로운 곳 없나하며 생각했는데 바로 그런 곳이었다. 4명이 가니 프리빗룸으로 안내받았고
이종진 쉐프님께서 진행해주셨다.
아침을 먹고 가지 않아 배고파서인지 그랬는지 모르겠지만 텀이 너무 길다고 생각했고 이 가격에 장어가 아닌 아나고 구성도 의아했다.
맛있었던 건 단새우와 아귀간, 김의 조합 피스. 교꾸
그리고 마지막 아이스크림과 위스키 디저트 조합이 신선하고 좋았다. 미소는 내 입맛에는 짜도 너무 짰다.
구성에 튀김이나 사시미도 나올법한데 모두 초밥 구성이어서 좀 의외였고 비주얼적인 면도 기대했는데 좀 재미가 없었다. 위치가 위치이고 인테리어가 있기에 이해되는 가격이고
다른 곳이었다면 5-6만원 정도라 적당할 것 같다.
또 점심은 주차 지원 안되기 때문에 5천원은 별도로 계산해야하는데 그럼 인당 10만원 넘는 가격에 이 구성...?
평점이 높은 이유는 주로 디너 후기인 것 같기에 난 런치 재방문은 잘 모르겠다.

Visited for lunch.(9.8) Chic atmosphere in black from the entrance.
Whenever I go to sushi, I always get tired of the same wood-tone Zen style interior, and I thought that there was no new place, but that was the place. As 4 people went, we were guided to a private room.
Chef Jong-Jin Lee hosted it.
I don't know if it was because I wasn't hungry because I didn't eat breakfast, but I thought the term was too long, and at this price, I was curious about the composition of anago instead of eel.
What was delicious was the combination piece of sweet shrimp, anglerfish and seaweed. gyoku
And the last ice cream and whiskey dessert combination was fresh and good. The smile was too salty for my taste.
Tempura and sashimi are likely to come out in the composition, but it was a bit surprising because they all consist of sushi. The location is the location and the price is understandable because of the interior.
If it was somewhere else, I think 5-6 million won would be appropriate.
Also, parking is not supported for lunch, so 5,000 won must be calculated separately. Then, this configuration is priced at over 100,000 won per person...
The reason for the high ratings seems to be mostly dinner reviews, so I'm not sure about a revisit for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 보통의 스시야처럼 원목과 흰 배경인 모던한 분위기가 아니라 뭔가 웅장한 분위기.
홀매니저님의 접객도 매우 친절해서 좋았음
샤리간은 강한편임
우니는 북해도산 우니인지라 꽤나 달달하니 크리미했음.
후토마끼가 아니라 간뾰마끼로 주는 것도 괜찮은 듯함.
참고로 런치에 경우 주차확인이 안되니 유의
It is not a modern atmosphere with a wooden and white background like a typical sushi restaurant, but something grandiose.
The receptionist of the hall manager was also very friendly.
Sharigan is strong
Since the uni is from Hokkaido, it is quite sweet and creamy.
It seems to be okay to give it as a short maki instead of a futomaki.
Please note that parking is not confirmed for lunch.

The upscale restaurant is located in Nine One Hannam, Gormet 494 and specialized in Sushi Omakase created by his Master Chef, Mr. Gwangmin Kim in his special space expressed by light.
Aya means Hue or Light, so the name of restaurant, Sushi no Aya means the Hue of Sushi.
He is also proud of 350 aged Japanese Cypress from Giso mountain and the hue of Sushi on this Cypress table stimulate to taste with all 5 senses from eyes through nose to mouth.
With seasonal and daily fresh ingredients, the restaurant accepts limited guests (with limited tables) and provide top notch service for them.
Each piece, looking different colors and tasting light and delectable, is recommendable especially for couples.

The restaurant welcomes limited guests (with limited tables) and focus on top notch service for them. (Neat culinary art with everyday fresh cooking inredients)
Luxurious but minimal interior shows well the color of the restaurant and his tasty dishes.
