짜장이 되지 않고 묽어서 잘 풀어짐
고추가루해서 느끼하지 않고 약간 매콤
면 읽기도 적당함
우동과 짜장이 섞인 흔하지 않으면서 맛있음
삼겹살 김밥도 무난한 맛에 청양고추 슬라이스를 초장에 찍어먹게 줘서 좋음

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우동과 짜장의 독특한 조합. 통영에 놀러오신 분들은 시장 구경하면서 가격도 저렴하니깐 한번 먹어보면 좋을 것 같습니다.
하지만!!! 맛있다고 하기엔 조금 부족한 느낌입니다. 통영에서만 맛볼 수 있는 독특한 맛이지만 역으로 생각해보면 그 지역이 아닌 다른 곳에서 팔았다면 크게 인기가 없었을 것 같습니다. 맛은 편의점 우동에 짜왕소스, 고춧가루, 양파, 단무지를 넣으면 같은 맛을 느낄 것 같습니다. 삼겹살 김밥은 쌈장하고 고추를 올려서 먹으니깐 매콤하니 맛있었습니다.
2~3명이 같을 때 추천 조합은 우짜면, 빼떼기죽, 삼겹살 김밥 각 하나씩 시켜서 드세욥~!!

우짜 처음먹어봤는데 독특하고 맛잇었어요!!!
생양파랑 단무지 면 같이 씹히는 맛이 좋아요
다만, 삼겹살 김밥은 조금 짯어요ㅠㅠ

말그대로 우동에 짜장소스가들어간건데 인상깊은 맛은아니다. 특이하고 묘한 맛이다. 다시 생각나는 맛은 아니지만 여기서만 먹어볼수있는 음식이라서 한번쯤 먹어볼만한 음식인거같다.
솔직하게 오히려 맛은 삼겹살김밥이 더 맛있었다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 우짜는 우동에 짜장을 부은 맛 딱 그대로 임. 즉 섞었다고 특별한 맛이 나는 것은 아님. 그냥 우동면에 짜장이 나을듯한 느낌. 우동 국물에 짜장이 섞이니 애매한 맛. 그래서 평점들이 좋지 않은 듯. 빼대기죽은 건강죽 느낌. 너무 달지 않고 고구마와 팥의 느낌을 잘 살림.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 가격은 저렴한 편이나 양이 많은 편은 아닙니다. 우짜의 경우 딱 두 음식(우동과 짜장)을 섞은 맛이 납니다. 빼떼기죽은 달달하며 호박죽과 단팥죽을 섞은듯하며 꽤 맛있습니다. 사장님은 친절하십니다.
Prices are cheap but not high. In the case of jjigae, it tastes like a mixture of just two foods: udon and jjajang. The tortilla is sweet and looks like a mixture of pumpkin porridge and red bean porridge. The boss is kind.
