★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaaaan was this a letdown especially as my first meal in SK! The chicken was TOUGH and overcooked and sooooo disappointing! :*(
The tteokbokki was good though and had that “cute” spicy my friend talked about. Meaning it wasn’t that spicy and there was a weird hint of sweet. Should have just went to the KYOCHON because THAT IS THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN IN SEOUL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tasty! It's a really low key setting with heaps of locals. The menu is short: they only do a few things but they do them damn well. We went at about 9pm on a Friday, it was busy but the place is huge so there was no trouble getting a seat. We got the seasoned chicken between two, 2 beers and a bottle of soju. Bill was 30,000 won. Bargain!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good vibes, casual drinking/food place. Generous portion, affordable food cost. Very Korean. Love this place a lot. Fried Pepper is the signature dish of this restaurant. Must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korean fried chicken and beer ? Yes, this place is the place to be. It’s a very local feel pub. No frills, several types of korean beer. The fried batter is the magic here, chicken also awesome.
Try the fried chicken and deep fried chili peppers. The ‘seasoned chicken’ is heavily marinated in a sweet sauce, if that’s your thing.
The waitress/server can be a little curt (but because it’s so busy) and she’s rather harried, but I never found her rude so to speak. Get to the point, place your order and don’t dilly dally. Tuck in!
