★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 논현동에서 오래된 식당입니다. 과거 설렁탕과 수육이 주 메뉴였으나 현재는 나주 곰탕, 해장국 등의 메뉴를 추가로 늘려 설렁탕 전문점은 아니게 됐습니다. 설렁탕이 맛 있으면 뭔가를 섞은 것이라고 합니다. 그래서 그런지 설렁탕 맛 자체는 그냥 무난한 맛이고 나주 곰탕이 좀 더 조미된 맛입니다. 제가 이 집을 가는 이유는 직접 김치를 담는데 그 맛이 좋시 때문입니다. 1인 보쌈도 있는데 이게 가성비가 좋아 요즘 자주 먹게됩니다. 여럿이 가면 수육을 많이 찾은 집입니다.
It is an old restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong. In the past, Seolleongtang and Suyuk were the main dishes, but now Naju Gomtang and Haejangguk have been added to the menu, so it is no longer a restaurant specializing in seolleongtang. If Seolleongtang is delicious, it is said to be a mixture of something. So, the taste of Seolleongtang itself is just fine, and Naju Gomtang is more seasoned. The reason I go to this house is because I make kimchi myself and the taste is good. There is also bossam for one person, but this is very cost-effective, so I eat it often these days. If you go to many people, it is a house where you find a lot of suyuk.
