해운대역.동백역 이용가능해서 대중교통 시설 이용도 아주 편리함.오피스텔 3층에 휘트니스시설,골프연습장 있음.
It is close to the beach and is located in the center of the beach, making it easy to use the surrounding facilities such as restaurants.
Haeundae Station and Dongbaek Station are available, so it is very convenient to use public transportation facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 해운대랑 엄청 가까워서 좋았어요. 원래계획은 새벽에 해운대 백사장에서 멋지게 런닝을 하려고 했으나 아직은 너무 추워요.. 백스코가서 헬스장에서 운동하고 왔어요
It was great because it was very close to Haeundae. The original plan was to run nicely on the white sandy beach of Haeundae at dawn, but it's still too cold.. I went to Baxco and worked out at the gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bnb로 다녀왔는데 시설 중상급 근데 호스트가 나는 별점 5개 줬는데 설거지 안했다고 뭐라함 그럴거면 청소비 왜받는지 내가 왜 여기서 이러고있냐면 억울해 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I went to Bnb and the facility is upper-intermediate but the host gave me 5 stars but I didn't wash the dishes.

It's clean, cozy, and I'm going to have a good rest~
There is a washing machine so you can do laundry and sleep.
