★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 상당히 큰 규모의 오피스텔입니다. 남쪽방향의 집과 북쪽방향의 집이 있는데요. 남쪽을 바라보는 집들은 광안대교가 보입니다. 그리고 아침부터 해가 엄청 들어옵니다. 당연히 겨울에는 보일러를 조금만 돌려도되는 따뜻한 집이에요. 그러나 여름에는 좀 덥긴하죠. 반대로 북쪽을 바라보는 집은 바다가 보이지 않아요. 겨울에는 엄청 춥다고합니다. 그래서 보일러를 많이 돌리니까 관리비가 상당히 많이 나온대요. 보통 관리비가 10만원정돈데요. 북향은 20만원도 나온다고 합니다. 과장됐을 수 있지만 적어도 15만원은 나올것 같아요. 주차는 상당히 편리해요. 지하1층부터 지하5층까지 주차장인데요. 주차 자리가 상당히 많아서 주차 자리가 없어서 이상한 곳에 주차하는 경우는 한번도 없어요. 주차비는 거주하는 입주민은 무료라 굉장히 장점이죠.

It is said that 200,000 won for northbound is also available. It may have been exaggerated, but I think it will be at least 150,000 won. Parking is quite convenient. It is a parking lot from the 1st basement level to the 5th basement level. There are quite a lot of parking spaces, so there are no parking spaces, so I never park in a strange place. Parking is free for residents, which is a great advantage.
