★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛은 어느 정도 있지만 일하는 아르바이트생들이 많이 불친절합니다. 표정이나 행동도 기분이 나빴지만, 음식 제공 시 식판을 머리에 들이밀듯이 하는 등 서비스가 좋은 건 아니었습니다.
맛 때문에 가기는 좋을 듯 합니다.
The taste is to some extent, but the part-timers who work there are very unfriendly. The expression and behavior were also bad, but the service was not good, such as pushing the plate to the head when serving food.
It seems like a good place to go because of the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한마음 정육 식당이 사라진 곳 (이비가 짬뽕 바로 옆)에 새로 들어온 솥밥집.
외관이 깔끔하고 큰 창이 돋보여 방문하였다 (루비 노래홀 마크만 없으면 더 좋을텐데 아쉽다).
개업한지 얼마 안 되어서 그런지 확실히 넓고 깨끗하다. 메뉴판을 깜박 하고 찍지 않았는데 가격이 좀 세다 (필자가 먹은 명란솥밥의 경우 13,900₩, 나머지도 최소 10,000₩ 이상이었던 걸로 기억).
몇 가지 찬과 장국, 그리고 생선튀김과 버섯튀김이 곁들여진 한 상이었다. 솥밥에는 노른자를 살짝 덜 익힌 계란과 정말 많은 양의 명란, 그리고 파가 들어가있었다. 파향이 기분 좋게 났고 앞접시에 밥을 덜어서 먹었다.
명란이 워낙 들어가있다보니 좀 짠맛이 강했고 (이건 필자의 실수겠지만) 안타깝게 반찬 중에는 이러한 짠맛을 중화시킬 것이 없었다. 그나마 기름장과 함께 먹으니 짠맛이 조금 중화되는 느낌이었다.
기본찬들은 전부 신선하고 좋았다. 장국도 제법 진하게 느껴졌다. 그리고 버섯튀김도 그렇고 장국에도 버섯향이 살짝 나고 조그마한 버섯이 들어가있는 것이 버섯을 애용하시는 것 같았다.
위에 말한 것처럼 밥이 조금 짰지만 그래도 한그릇 뚝딱 할 수 있게 맛은 나쁘지 않았다. 찬들처럼 솥밥에 들어가는 재료도 신선한 것들을 쓰는 것 같았다.
물을 부어 누룽지를 먹을 때 아쉬운 점이 있었는데 나무숟가락은 예쁘고 솥밥을 덜어먹을 때는 괜찮은데 숭늉을 떠먹는다거나 솥에 붙은 누룽지를 떼어낼 때는 약간 불편한 점이었다. 이 부분은 개선이 되면 좋을 것 같다.
그리고 생선튀김과 버섯튀김 중 하나를 줄이고 가격을 좀 더 인하할 수 있다면 그렇게 하는 것이 더 좋지 않을까 싶다.
A new pot rice restaurant in the place where the Hanmaeum meat restaurant disappeared (right next to Ibi's Jjambbong).
I visited with a neat exterior and a large window (it would be better if there was no Ruby Song Hall mark, but it's regrettable).
It hasn't been long since it opened, so it is definitely spacious and clean. I forgot to take the menu and didn't take it, but the price was a bit high (I remember that the cod roe cooked rice was 13,900₩, and the rest was at least 10,000₩).
It was a dish with some side dishes and soup, and fried fish and mushrooms. In the cooked rice, there was a slightly undercooked egg, a lot of mentaiko, and green onions. The green onion flavor was pleasant and I took the rice off the front plate and ate it.
Since the mentaiko was in it, it was a bit salty (this is my mistake), and unfortunately, there was nothing in the side dishes to neutralize this saltiness. However, when I ate it with oil paste, the saltiness was a little neutralized.
All the basic dishes were fresh and good. The Jang-guk also felt quite thick. In addition to the fried mushrooms, the flavor of the mushrooms and the small mushrooms in the soup seemed to be a favorite of mushrooms.
As I said above, the rice was a little hot, but the taste wasn't bad enough to make it one bowl. Like the chandle, the ingredients in the pot rice seemed to use fresh ones.
There was a disappointment when I poured water and eaten the nurungji, the wooden spoon was pretty and it was okay when I took the cooked rice, but it was a little uncomfortable when I scooped up the sung-nung or removed the nurungji from the pot. It would be nice if this part could be improved.
And if I could cut down on either fried fish or fried mushrooms and cut the price a little more, I think it would be better.

생긴지 얼마 안됐지만 식사시간 되면 사람들의 발걸음이 꽤 많음. 기본적으로 솥밥이란 거대담론의 식당이라 관련된 매뉴들이 꽤 많음. 여러번 와서 메뉴별로 자세한 리뷰는 필요해보임.
일단 연어장솥밥을 먹었는데 여러 차림들은 만족스러웠으나 제일 중요한 연어의 퀄리티가 너무도 평범하지 않나싶음. 연어장인 만큼 깊은 감칠맛을 원했지만 그러한 감칠맛은 거의 느껴지지 않았고 그냥 간장과 연어를 그자리에서 절여놓은 듯한 맛이었음. 실망스러웠음.
그러나 돈까스는 삼겹살인지 꽤 독특한 식감을 선보였는데 안에 지방이 함께 들어있어 꽤 재밌지 않았나 싶음. 가격도 솥밥메뉴대비 매우 저렴하고 양도 적지않았음. 소바는 괜찮긴 했는데 너무 달지 않았나 싶음.
일단 현시점에선 인테리어가 만족스럽긴 하나 연어장은 실망스렁러웠고 돈까스는 맛있었음. 다른 메뉴를 먹어봄으로써 리뷰를 지속적으로 업데이트할 예정임.
A state-of-the-art rice cooker.

It's new, but there are quite a few people walking around during meal time. Basically, cauldron is a restaurant with a huge discourse, so there are quite a few menus related to it. I have come several times and need detailed reviews for each menu.
First of all, I ate salmon simmered rice, and I was satisfied with the various outfits, but the most important thing is that the quality of the salmon is too ordinary. As it was salmon sauce, I wanted a deep umami taste, but I didn't feel that umami, and it tasted like just pickled soy sauce and salmon on the spot. It was disappointing.
However, the pork cutlet had a rather unique texture, whether it was pork belly, but it was quite interesting because it had fat inside. The price was very cheap compared to the pot rice menu and the quantity was not small. The soba was okay, but I thought it was too sweet.
At this point, the interior is satisfactory, but the salmon sauce was disappointing and the pork cutlet was delicious. We will continue to update our review as we try other menu items.

Salmon in soy sauce is really good. Salmon is too big for one bite of rice. It's good because it's big, but it's salty, so I have to eat a lot of rice.. But it's delicious and good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 첨단에서 데이트장소로 추천하고 싶은 가정식 솥밥집이에요. 솥밥 종류가 정말 다양한데 닭구이 솥밥은 야들야들하게 간이 잘 된 닭구이가 정말 맛있구 간장생연어솥밥은 짭짤하게 숙성이 잘되서 먹고 있으면 한접시 추가하게 되더라구용 저는 보통 둘이 오면 다른 종류 솥밥 두가지를 시키고 간장생연어장은 사이드로 추가해줍니다 사이드 메뉴로 추가할 수 있는 메뉴들도 다양하고 안심카츠도 훌륭해요 돈까스 별로 안 좋아하는데 여긴 바싹하게 잘 해줘서 좋더라구요 무엇보다 전통주 과실주가 다양해서 그날 그날 먹고픈 과일주를 선택해서 먹는 재미가 ㅎㅎ 사장님두 친절하시구 자주가는 제 최애 첨단 맛집입니다!
This is a home-cooked rice cooker that I would recommend as a date spot in Cheomdan. There are so many different types of pot rice, but for chicken pot rice, lightly seasoned grilled chicken is really delicious. Raw salmon in soy sauce is salty and matures well, so if you eat it, you add it to a plate. The fishery is added as a side. There are various menus that can be added as a side menu, and the tenderloin cutlet is excellent. I don't like pork cutlet very much, but it's good because it's crispy here. Above all, there are a variety of traditional wines, so you can choose the fruit wine you want to eat that day. It's fun haha The bosses are both friendly. This is my favorite high-tech restaurant I go to often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend this place if you want to have Korean style fancy healthy & delicious home cooked meal. They have variety of options on their menu. There could be a waiting line, since there are a lot of offices nearby. So make sure to call them to make a reservation for lunch.
