맛있어요 맛있어요 족발 냄새 일도 없구요 소짜 둘이서 먹을만하구 젓갈이랑 파숙지가 다른 족발이랑 비교하면 차별점있어서 먹는 재미가 있어요 직원 친절 매장 깨끗 이건 기본으로 깔고요ㅎㅎ 갠적으로 재방문 의사 100%

첨단의 족발 맛집. 네이버로 예약하면 서비스가 더 좋으니 참고바람. 일단 첨단에서 족발 젤 유묭한건 깐x인데 거기보다 육질은 우수하다고 생각함. 꽤나 부드럽고 잡내가 가장 적었던 맛집임. 그리고 함께나온 반찬과 소스들도 궁합이 맞았음. 다만 아쉬운점으로 빨간 김치가 갈때만 없었는지 모르겠는데 없어서 아쉬웠음. 백김치가 있긴한데 뭐랄까 확 어울리는 느낌은 아니었음. 역시나 족발보쌈은 무말랭이와 생김치가 함께 어우려져야 더 맛있는거 같음. 이게 너무나 아쉬웠음. 추가로 보쌈이 또 괜찬았음. 육향이 싸악퍼지는데 이게 잡내로 퍼지는게 아니라 맛있게 깊은맛으로 퍼져셔 사실 보쌈먹으러 가고싶음. 다음에 사람많이모이면 재방문 의사 있음.

First of all, at the cutting edge, the softest thing about pork feet is peeled x, but I think the meat quality is better than that. It's pretty soft and has the least bitter taste. And the side dishes and sauces that came with it also matched well. The only disappointment is that I don't know if the red kimchi was only available when I went, but it was a pity that it wasn't there. There was white kimchi, but somehow it didn't feel like it was a perfect match. Again, I think the Jokbal Bossam tastes better when the radish and raw kimchi are mixed together. This was so sad. Additionally, the bossam was good. The flavor of the meat spreads, but it doesn't spread as a pungent smell, but spreads into a deliciously deep flavor. Actually, I want to go eat bossam. Next time there are a lot of people, I am willing to visit again.
