★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1982년 8월 3일 충청남도 유형문화재 제96호로 지정되었다. 조선시대 부여현(扶餘縣)의 행정을 보던 관청이었다. 여지도서(與地圖書) 공해조에 따르면 당시 관내에는 객사(客舍) 22칸, 아사(衙舍) 5칸, 군기고(軍器庫) 10칸, 향청(鄕廳) 10칸, 작청(作廳) 14칸, 현사(縣舍) 4칸 등이 있었다. 현재 동헌·객사·내동헌이 남아 있으며 동헌과 내동헌은 1869년에 지어졌다.
동헌의 당호(堂號)는 초연당(超然堂) 또는 제민헌(齊民軒)이었으며 당시 부여현의 공사를 처리하였다. 동헌의 규모는 정면 5칸, 측면 2칸이며 팔작지붕에 민도리집이다. 객사는 당호가 부풍관(扶風館)이며 관리를 접대하고 유숙시키던 곳이다. 중앙에는 정당(正堂)이 있고 좌우에 동서 익실(翼室)이 있다. 정당(正堂)은 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸의 맞배지붕집이며 동서 익실은 정면 3칸, 측면 2칸의 팔작지붕집이다. 한말 이후 학교, 박물관, 진열관으로 쓰였다. 내동헌은 안채이며 현감의 관저로 쓰였다.

According to the Yeohaedoseo (與地圖書) Gonghaejo, there were 22 Gaeksa (客舍) rooms, 5 Asa (衙舍) rooms, 10 Military archives, 10 Hyangcheong (鄕廳) rooms, and Jakcheong (作廳) rooms. ) 14 kans, and 4 hyeonsa kans. Currently, Dongheon, Gaeksa, and Naedongheon remain, and Dongheon and Naedongheon were built in 1869.
The name of Dongheon's party (堂號) was Choyeondang (超然堂) or Jeminheon (齊民軒), and it handled the construction of Buyeo-hyeon at that time. The size of Dongheon is 5 kan in the front and 2 kan on the side, and it is a Mindori house with an octagonal roof. Gaeksa was the home of the Tang family, where officials were entertained and lodged. There is a political party in the center, and the east and west iksils on the left and right. Dangdang (正堂) is a house with a pitched roof with 3 front rooms and 2 rooms on the side, and the east and west Iksil houses are 3 rooms in the front and 2 rooms in the side with a paljak roof. After the end of the Korean War, it was used as a school, museum, and exhibition hall. Naedongheon was the main house and was used as the official residence of the governor.
