J	JM K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 유명한 유튜버가 극찬을 하길래 가봤습니다. 구로디지털단지역에서 도보로 10분 정도 가면 되고, 중간에 먹자골목이 있네요. 시그니쳐메뉴는 뼈 붙은 갈비인데 무게가 뼈 포함이라 그닥 경제적인 가격인지는 모르겠네요. 고기는 숙성이 충분치 않았는지 마블링에 비해 식감이 있었고, 서비스 국과 함께 밑반찬은 대부분 간이 찐했습니다. 칼칼해서 좋다할 분도 있겠지만 아닌 분도 많을 것 같네요. 육수가 들은 공기에 뼈를 넣고 고기를 익혀 떼어 먹는 건 나름 기발했지만 그닥 좋은 줄은 모르겠습니다. 육회는 너무 달고짜고, 작은 도마에 잘 모으면 두 입에 먹을 양을 넓게 펴놓은 것 같네요. 열무국수도 칭찬하길래 먹어봤지만 어디서나 먹는 국수이고, 다만 면이 쌀국수라 쫄깃한 건 있습니다. 주차는 안될 것 같고, 먹다보면 소주 한잔 안할 수 없는 곳이니 대중교통 강추합니다. 근처에 마침 간다면 모를까 애써 찾아가지는 않을 것 같지만, 그 인근에서는 손님이 제일 많으니 뭔가 한방은 있다고 생각됩니다.
