작년 (2018) 분양 당시에 장현지구중 가장 많은 분들이 관심을 보였었던. 최고의 입지와 함께 모델 하우스에서의 행렬이 유달리 길었지요 .
센텀의 분양 직후 새롭게 개통된 서해선 (소사-원시)과 지금은 신안산선의 착공이 오늘내일 하고있습니다
더불어 더욱 인기도는 올라가고 주변의 기반 시설과 여러 요인들이 있을때마다 더욱 그 인기는 하늘 높은 줄 모르나봅니다
센텀의 그때의 명성이 이제 분양권 전매 해제 시점으로 다시 뜨거워 지고 있네요.
그 건설 현장은 어느정도 진척이되었는지 직접 찾아가 보았습니다.
골조공사는 대략 20층작업중이고
샤시공사는 15층이 한창입니다.
