★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아직 비어있는 가게가 많지만 벌써부터 들어선 가게들이나 지하1층에 마트들르면서 자주 찾고있습니다.
 There are still many vacant stores, but I often find them while visiting the stores that have already opened or the mart on the first basement floor.

There aren't many stores yet! There are a few rental shops, but they're still empty. .Food materials are very cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21년 존공되었으며 동네상권으로는 괜찮습니다. 가끔 플릿마켓도 열리며 아직은 공실이 좀 있으나 스타벅스커피점이 들어온다니 기대해봅니다
It has existed for 21 years, and it is okay for a local commercial area. Fleet markets are sometimes opened and there are still some vacancies, but I'm looking forward to Starbucks coffee coming in.

- 시흥능곡역 3, 4번 출구 쪽 지하1층에 연결통로로 연결되어 있음.
- 4번출구 바로 앞에 스타벅스 입점예정.
- 2022년 3월 현재 아직 주차요금 안 받아요. 주차 쾌적.
- 지하1층 웰빙마켓이 품목이 다양하고 저렴함.
- 롯데시네마는 2021년 12월 오픈하였음.
- 모다아웃렛에서 다양한 의류쇼핑 가능.
- 축구장, 수영장, 다이나믹온 등 아이들 운동놀이시설.
- 식당, 카페, 네일, 헤어, 펫샵 등 다양한 상점이 입점.
- 아직 공실들이 꽤 있으나, 코로나 이후 더 활발한 쇼핑공간으로 발전이 예상됨.
- Siheung Neunggok Station, exit 4, right there.
- It is connected to the first basement floor of Siheung Neunggok Station by exit 3 or 4 by a connecting passage.
- Starbucks is scheduled to open right in front of Exit 4.
- As of March 2022, I haven't received a parking fee yet. Pleasant parking.
- The well-being market on the first basement floor has a wide variety of items and is inexpensive.
- Lotte Cinema opened in December 2021.
- Various clothing shopping available at Moda Outlet.
- Children's exercise facilities such as soccer field, swimming pool, and dynamic-on.
- Various shops such as restaurants, cafes, nail, hair, and pet shops are available.
- There are still quite a few vacancies, but it is expected to develop into a more active shopping space after Corona.
