★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 쌀국수의 국물이 산뜻하고 깔끔하게 좋습니다. 베트남에서도 같은 종류의 쌀국수라도 집집마다 워낙 다양한 국물맛이 있지만, 베트남에서 먹던 쌀국수와 크게 다르지 않습니다.
숙주와 고수도 충분히 주네요. 베트남인들이 먹는 아주 작은 고추를 좀 달라고 했는데 그런 고추는 준비가 안 되어 있네요. 그 고추를 송송 썰어 넣으면 매콤한 맛이 확 살아나는데, 그게 좀 아쉽습니다.
 The soup of rice noodles is fresh and clean. Even in Vietnam, even the same kind of noodle soup has so many different flavors from house to house, but it is not much different from the noodle soup used in Vietnam.
It gives plenty of bean sprouts and cilantro. I asked for some tiny peppers that Vietnamese people eat, but such peppers aren't ready. Chop the chili peppers and the spicy taste comes to life, which is a little disappointing.
