★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전체적으로보면 호반아파트가 중마둥에서 가장 위치좋은아파트입니다 옆에 농협마트도 있고 가까운거리에 학교 및 유치원도있고 그리고 차가없는사람글에게는 교통이 편리합니다
가까운 시내버스정류장과 조금만걸어가면 버스터미널도 이용할수있어요 교통과 문화적으로 생활하면 호반이 중마동에서 가장좋은 아파트인듯해요 다만 조금은 아쉬운점은 어느정도 된아파트라 벌레가 좀있는데 흠이지만 호반아파트 철거하고 새로 지으면 광양에서제일 명품있는 아파트인듯해요

If you live in traffic and cultural life, the lakeside seems to be the best apartment in Chungmada-dong. However, it is a bit unfortunate that there are some lapwings in the apartment. It seems to be the most luxurious apartment in the world.
