I don't recomend this hotel. The spite the Hotel looking decent the food they guarantee is horrible I'am from Europe and the food is Strictly korean.I'am hungry and disapointed.Can we give me normal food??

stayed there for 1night quarantine until test result next morning. clean and good shower. enjoyed small balcony with view on some greenery and Mountain. only minus was car competition on parking adjacent but could sleep well overall.only negative : quarantine officer gave us no other option than 90,000krw taxi to return to Seoul next day

Had my mandatory quarantine here and it was way better than the first quarantine hotel (Mariana Bay), room is a lot bigger, meals were quite nice as well.

Upon staying here during quarantine10 days. My initial impression was good I was happy with the size of the room and the cleanliness compared to other experience I've heard from others at other hotels in Korea. However, be aware you can't leave at all and if you are aware of when they drop off the food you can get it while it's warm definitely don't wait on the announcement!!! I did hate waking up one more and after breakfast they abused my nostrils for the swab test despite not being able to leave anyway? Please pack your own snack food incase the foods are not up to par for you I know for me the first 6 days was ok but now it's become depressing. Thankfully the view is nice and that's why I've rated the hotel higher.

Poorly run quarantine hotel that was automatically selected for us by the government. If I could give negative stars, I would. Covid test hurt extremely bad. The man forces it up your nose. He even got upset at my son for telling him it hurt and moving so he retested him. They kept insisting on my son staying in a separate room and I had to stand firm to let them know that he is far too young (12 years old) to be in a foreign land in a room by himself where I will not be able to see him for 10 days. They asked if we wanted 2 beds & I replied yes. We received a room with 1 bed because they said no other 2 bed rooms were available. I still had to pay the same price for the both of us. The food is inedible. It’s not cooked all the way through and is VERY cold. They do not allow food delivery even though other places do. My son and I starved for about 4 days until we asked to be taken back to the airport. They kept saying they wanted to help us out and give us what we ate but nothing changed. I finally demanded to be taken back to the airport. Rooms are not cleaned well after every guest. Please make sure to bring lots of snacks. Please bring cleaning spray like Lysol. I believe that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. The hotel itself looks nice but is not pleasant to stay in.

I stayed here as part of the overnight quarantine entry process. The "check in" procedure was swift and hassle free. The staff all spoke excellent English and were friendly. The accomodation that I received was of an excellent standard and if I had to stay here again I wouldn't mind. I had the luxury of a corner room which seemed very spacious.

I had to stay here for a week because of quarantine. The staff members were helpful and sweet! The room was very clean, but the drawers seemed to have trash from the previous tenant. Anyways, my stay was nice and peaceful.
