★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and modern hotel. Great staff but some rules enforcement by government/country is a bit ridiculous. Congregation during day time is or seems ok but at 6pm you can't even be near one another. Covid attacks only at night apparently not day time. UGH!!!! Follow the science!? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local in Pangyo, I think this hotel is by far the best in town. It's very versatile hotel which accommodate different needs of people. I highly recommend the bar here. Great drinks with casual setting. Given how great the drink taste, drinks are served with very reasonable price. Clean, service is great. yet, good for the locals as well. I highly recommend this place.

Really, the Japanese restaurant on top floor offers a ghastly mix of Yokohama Chinatown and some food court found around Japan. Thus, questionable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, but I will not stay here again as a long-term guest.
The hotel is in deplorable condition, and especially so for a one year old hotel. The flooring in the lobby and restaurants is disintegrating and is becoming hazardous. The rooms are clean, but however are already suffering from various damages. The hotel staff are amicable, but the majority of them urgently need more training or guidance. Unfortunately it seems like Gravity Seoul did not manage to bring enough experienced staff onboard to this new hotel to train the new hires.
The main problem however is the amount of rules imposed by management on the staff. This means that the staff are usually unable to help you with any non-standard requests.
For me the major deal breaker is the smell of sewage seeping into the rooms. They have changed my rooms many times, but unfortunately could not find the root cause or fix it. It seems to be random with not all rooms affected.
