★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't skip this observation post. It looks like a residence, though. On the top, you can have a scenic view. There will be no regret. I was surprsied with the view from there. Today, the weather was very fine. It was very wonderful. After the observation post, I walked on the deck which is along the island. It was very nice. It looked like I walked around the marine park. Don't miss it as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stars are for the style of the building and the view which is really beautiful. There is also a coffeeshop at the first floor but is quite expensive and doesn't offer anything special. Moreover it has so many boxes and storage stuff placed inside that destroy all the ambiance making it look messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth a visit when you are passing by. It has a small shop on the first floor, which will be a great stopover if you are hiking the trail that passes by this building. The rest of the tower has several rooms which provide views of the surroundings. Each room is air-conditioned and contains some information on how ships used to be constructed etc. All information is unfortunately exclusively in Korean, although there are also pictures. The top floor is like an observation platform. Some of the rooms also have partial glass floors.
PS: no elevator
