★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprising views cause it doesn't look so high up. It's on a hill and around 5 stories high. You can see the city and mountains and river well. Closes kind of early around 6 or so. But the views were great at night ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views of Gwangju city from top of tower at Sajik Park. Free to access tower observation deck. Nice hike up through park. Shortest route is to access from the West, but there is a path from the North and East as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20/21.5 would recommend! The best thing about this observatory is that it is free. Furthermore, it is located on a small mountain/hill, which makes the view perfect if you want to see much of Gwangju. I can only recommend to go here if you are going to Gwangju. You can even take an elevator if you are too lazy to walk up the stairs.
