상업시설 건물들도 주변과 조화롭게 건축되어 있어
삭막하지 않고 자연친화적인 미니 신도시다.
전철이 없어 다소 불편 할 수 있지만 가까운 곳에 구리역과 도농역이 있다. 그리고 다산진건지구에 다산역이 2022년 개통 예정이다.
자가용으로 강변역 10분 잠실 15분이면 진입가능하다. 다만 2019년 6월 현재는 출퇴근시 차량이 몰려서 꽉 밀린다. 향후 2년 이내로 개선될 것으로 보인다. 하지만 전업 주부들이 누릴 수 있는 것들은 주변에 많다. 산과 한강공원. 단지주변 공원, 남양주체육관 그리고 무엇보다 아파트 구조가 좋다. 단지내 산책로도 좋고...
지금지구는 앞으로 구리 남양주에서 가장 선호하는 살기 좋은 곳이 될 것이다.
