★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 다산신도시에서 초등학교,중학교,고등학교가 단지에서 제일 가까운 아파트! 중대형 평수도 유일함~다산역이 생기면 걸어서 가까운 거리이고 주변에 편의시설이 계속 생기는 중이라 살기 편하고 단지에 차가 진입이 안돼서 아이들 뛰어놀기 안전한곳~
