★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate the one with the extra meat on it. It was great! Very filling and satisfying. There are notes on how to eat it and a video that plays on the tv in the corner.
I would recommend that you check out the video while you wait. I saw it too late and missed out on some great flavor combinations. Next time I'm on it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This food is amazing. I've had similar kind of food but nothing this incredible. The best food I think I've eaten in Korea, and there has been a lot of good stuff. This was better than the excitement I experienced the day my child was born and I don't even have a child.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese style noodle restaurant. Not quite authentic but close enough. I am trying out all the menu but their main is their forte quite obviously. Not that others are not quite as good though. Think their noodles have been toned down since Koreans rather have relatively less seasoned noodle with heavily seasoned sides. Personally I would have liked it better, had their noodles been more seasoned. BTW, they tend to have people lined up and waiting to show off. Expect at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting before you are escorted to your seat and served.
