★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 충남 서산에서 멜번 유명 로스터스 놈코어 원두를 경험할 수 있다는것 만으로도 가치가 있습니다. 어설픈 베버리지나 디저트가 없어서 저는 오히려 좋았습니다. 추출도 오버익스트랙션 없이 깔끔하게 잘 해주시네요. 그리고 사장님이 친절하고 진지하게 운영하고 계십니다. 애매한 컨셉츄얼한 카페가 아니라 공간도 제품도 미니멀한 무드가 아주 좋네요. 잘 먹었습니다.(21년 3월 방문)
이어서 최근 한번 더 방문했습니다. 사장님의 친절함은 여전했고, 카페일을 즐기고 사랑하시는 모습을 진심으로 존중하게 되었습니다.
분위기와 제품의 맛도 좋지만, 이 카페의 가장 큰 장점은 사장님의 인품과 서비스라고 생각됩니다.
Just being able to experience Melbourne's famous roasters Normcore beans in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do is worth it. There were no clumsy beveridges or desserts, so I rather liked it. Extraction is done neatly without overextraction. And the owner is kind and serious. It's not an ambiguous conceptual cafe, but the space and products have a minimalistic mood. Had a good meal. (Visit March 21st)
Then I recently visited again. The kindness of the owner was still there, and I truly respect the way he enjoys and loves cafe work.
The atmosphere and the taste of the products are good, but I think the biggest strength of this cafe is the personality and service of the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 출장길에 낮선 동네에서 맛있는커피를 먹고파 찾았던곳~ 마감시간이라 전화드렸는데 친절하게 마감된 머신을 다시 가동시켜 맛난커피를 내려주셨습니다. 사장님 만큼이나 센스있게 인테리어하신 구옥 너무 잘 감상했습니다. 산미없이 향찐한 커피는 원두 출처가 궁금할정도로 인상적이었어요~ 출장갈때마다 들릴곳이 생겼습니다!
On a business trip, I was looking for a place to eat delicious coffee in an unfamiliar neighborhood. I called because it was closing time, but they kindly restarted the machine and served me delicious coffee. I really enjoyed the old house, which was decorated with the same sense as the owner. The flavorful coffee without acidity was so impressive that I was curious about the source of the beans. Every time I go on a business trip, I have a place to stop by!
