지역음식을 찾다보니 벤뎅이조림이
눈에 띄었다ㆍ
어른신혼자 식당을 하시는데
벤뎅이 조림 중간크기를 시켰는데
넘나 맛있었다
특히 직접 벤뎅이 살을 바르는방법을
알려주셨는데 신기하게 살이 쏙 발려짐
아이들이 먹기는 힘들고 어른들은 강추
벤뎅이 살이 조기살과 유사하며
좀더 기름지다
고소하고 맛있었다 ~
해미에 들려 맛보면 좋을것같다
