김	김휘권 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 코로나 확진으로 비대면 진료를 받았습니다. 연계된 약국에서 팩스를 통해 약을 전달받기 위해 녹번역에 있는 스타약국을 방문했습니다. 일반적인 상황이 아닌지라, 위 병원과 연계된 확진자가 처방받을수 있는 약국중 가장 가까운 약국이 녹번역에 있는 약국이겠거니, 방문했지만 팩스로 받은 약이 없다고 하셔서 위 병원에 연락했습니다. 당시 아무런 감정없이 "스타약국에 팩스로 약들어오신게 없다고 하신다, 알아봐주실수있으신가요" 여쭤봤습니다. 간호사분이 처음부터 굉장히 불친절 하신 어조로 말하시다가, 수화기 넘어로 "뭐라는거야"라는 한마디에 분노하여 이런저런 말을 하다가, 사과를 받았습니다. 뭐 사과를 했으니까 넘어갔습니다. 그리고 그 약국번호를 받은뒤, 찾아헤메다가, 결국 약국방문한 결과, 스타약국이 아닌, '은평스타약국'이였다는것을 알게됬네요. I received non-face-to-face treatment due to the corona virus. I went to Star Pharmacy in Nok Translation to receive medicines via fax from the affiliated pharmacy. Since it is not a normal situation, the closest pharmacy among the pharmacies that a confirmed person related to the above hospital can receive is probably the one in Nok Translation. At the time, without any emotion, I asked "Star Pharmacy says that no medicines have been received by fax, can you please look into it?" The nurse spoke in a very unkind tone from the beginning, but over the receiver, she was angry at the word “what are you saying?” I apologized, so I passed. And after I got the pharmacy number, I searched for it, and eventually, as a result of visiting the pharmacy, it was not a Star Pharmacy, I found out that it was 'Eunpyeong Star Pharmacy'.
