관리를 엄청 잘하고 대형평수 위주의 고급스런 단지
세대수가 많아 저렴한 관리비
전세대 남향이라 해가 잘 들고 동간 사이가 널찍하여 개방감이 좋음
뒤쪽으로 바로 등산로와 호수주변 둘레길 체육공원을 끼고 있어 산책하기 좋고 조경이 잘 되어있음
주로 여유있거나 조용히 사는 분들이 많이 거주하여
점잖고 친절한 사람이 많음
아파트가 튼튼히 잘 시공되어있고 내장재가 고급스럽게 되어있어 층간소음, 방음, 단열이 잘 되어있음
탑층은 전체가 다락방과 테라스로 복층으로 되어있어
두배로 넓게 사용할 수 있고 천안아산 통털어 제일 좋은듯함
단지내 초등학교 중학교가 있음
고등학교와 주변에 프리미엄 아울렛 고속도로 ic가 들어설 예정이라 투자가치 좋음

A well-maintained and luxurious complex focused on large area water
Affordable management costs due to the large number of households
Since it is south-facing in all generations, the sun rises well and the space between them is wide, so the open feeling is good.
It has a hiking trail and a sports park around Dulle-gil around the lake, so you can take a walk and have a good landscape.
Mainly, there are a lot of people who live leisurely or quietly.
Many gentle and friendly people
The apartment is well constructed and the interior materials are luxurious, so the floor noise, sound insulation, and insulation are good.
The entire top floor is multi-story with an attic and terrace.
It can be used twice as wide and it looks like the best thing in Cheonan-Asan
There are elementary and junior high schools in the complex
High-value investment with high-end and premium outlet highway ic coming in.

2. 도보가는거리 초/중학교 위치
3. 평단가 최고의 가성비
4. 단지내 산책로 및 조경 좋음
5. 탑층의 경우 복층임
(개인적 느낌으로 복측이 해당 평형 면적의 35%가량 인것 같음)
6. 2008년 복층 주거 당시 누수나 특별한 하자는 없었음
(해당시기 복층 아파트의 경우 누수가 발생하는 곳이 많았음,
상대적으로 잘 지어진 아파트라고 생각됨)
1. Wide veranda, all units face south, wide distance between buildings
2. Location of elementary/middle school within walking distance
3. Best value for money
4. Good walking trails and landscaping within the complex
5. For the top floor, it is a duplex.
(Personally, the ventral side seems to be about 35% of the corresponding equilibrium area)
6. There were no leaks or special defects at the time of the duplex residence in 2008.
(In the case of duplex apartments at that time, there were many places where water leakage occurred,
I think it's a relatively well built apartment.)

위치가 좀 애매한 느낌이긴 한데
그래서 오히려 더 편리하기도 하겠네요.
한적하기도 하고.
이쪽도 저쪽도 가기 편한?
