★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 더샵레이크시티3차랑 길하나를 두고 서로 마주보고 있어요. 3차에 아시는 지인분이 계셔서 2차도 궁금해 한번 가보기로 했어요.2차가 먼저 지어져서 그런가요,? 제 기준으로 본다면 3차가 훨씬 커뮤니티나 마감면에서도 우수했어요. 그런데도 아파트값은 별차이가 없더군요. 39평기준으로 급매가 2억4천.와..서울에선 상상도 못하는 가격이었어요. 3차는 이제 막 지어져서 그런가요?고급감은 3차가 더 나은거같았어요 하지만 2차는 뛰어난 장점이 있어요. 바로 옆에 월랑초등학교가 있다는 사실과 바다같은 저수지를 볼수 있는 조망권이 있다는 거에요.초등학교를 위험한 도로를 건너지않고 바로 갈수있다는 것은 학부모입장에서는 축복이겠죠? 2 차는 지금한창 이장님선거중이신가봐요. 보기좋았어요.한창 크리스마스트리 준비하시는 관리소직원분들도 수고가 많으신거같아요~~

By my standards, the 3rd was much better in terms of community and finish. Nevertheless, there was no difference in apartment prices. On a 39-pyeong basis, the sale was 240 million won. The third car was just built, so I thought the third one was better, but the second one has an excellent advantage. It's right next to Wollang Elementary School, and you have a view to see reservoirs like the sea. It's a blessing for parents to go right to a school without crossing dangerous roads. I think the second is in the middle of the election. The staff members who are preparing the Christmas tree have a lot of trouble.
