활어회의 질긴식감을 쫄깃하기 먹기위해 숙성하는 것인데
민어회 제외하고 광어,농어가너무 질긴 식감이다.
민어 코스트 때문인지, 스끼가 회 퀄리티에 비해 다소 떨어진다.
다만 스끼는 계속 리필이 가능하다.
코스트 문제이면 스끼 리필 없이 퀄리티를 올리면 어떨까...
